Our Story
The concept for Integrity Design Kitchen + Bath was conceived in 2010 as a solution to an unmet need: Home builders typically specialize in just that- building homes. The finer details of kitchen and bath design, however, require a unique set of skills and experience. Fred, the owner and founder of Integrity Design, saw this as an opportunity to offer home builders in Lancaster County his expertise in this area to their clients. He would create a space that would allow for a fully interactive design experience, where those building the home of their dreams could see and touch material samples, watch their very own plans come to life, make changes in real-time, and walk away confident in their selections. Since its inception, Integrity Design has partnered with some of the best brands and suppliers in the industry to bring his clients quality cabinetry, countertops, vanity tops, hardware, and accessories. After more than 15 years, Integrity Design is still serving home builders and their clients, in addition to remodelers and consumers looking to improve their kitchens and baths- now from a larger, new and improved showroom in Reinholds, PA.

Fred Burkett, Jr. is the visionary behind Integrity Design, bringing over 40 years of expertise to the world of kitchen and bath design. As the company’s Design Specialist, Fred isn’t just someone who sketches layouts—he’s a true artisan with hands-on experience in design, fabrication, and installation of both residential and commercial cabinetry. His career has been built on a foundation of precision, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of how design transforms spaces into functional works of art. When you sit down with Fred, you’re not just getting a designer; you’re gaining a trusted expert whose comprehensive and multi-faceted approach ensures that every detail is considered. His passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces shines through in every project, making him a go-to resource for clients who value experience, integrity, and exceptional design.

DESIGN ASSISTANT
Alicia brings a fresh perspective and creative approach to her role as a Design Assistant at Integrity Design. With a background in Digital Communications and Media Studies, Alicia plays a vital role in assisting clients by staying up to date with design trends and having a keen eye for detail. Alicia’s goal as a Design Assistant is to create kitchen and bath spaces that feel deeply personal and uniquely tailored to each client. She strives to ensure every design reflects the individual style and lifestyle of the homeowner, blending functionality with aesthetics to make each space an authentic extension of their home. By carefully listening to clients’ needs and preferences, Alicia ensures that every detail, from layout to finishes, resonates with their vision and brings their dream space to life.

Greg became part of Integrity Design in February 2022 and has been a valued member of the team ever since. As our primary delivery specialist, he is responsible for ensuring cabinets are transported and delivered with precision and care. Greg’s reliability and attention to detail make him an indispensable asset to our operations and a trusted representative of our company.
